

Treat ’em to tapas-style snacks – the chorizo adds extra flavour to the sweet potato and did we add it's super easy too!
1.Preheat oven to 180C.
2.Spray mini muffins tins with baking spray.
3.Peel and grate the kumara, squeeze out any excess moisture with your hands and place in a bowl.
4. Add the egg whites, cumin melted butter and season with sea salt and pepper.
5.Mix to combine then place tablespoons of the mixture into the muffins tins, ensuring that you push the mixture firmly into each hole.
6.Bake for approximately 20mins.
7. While the kumara bites are cooking cook the Meat Box Chorizo Sausages in a frying pan when cooking slice into 6 pieces.
8.When the bites cooled removed from the tins and top with a dollop of mayo or aioli and chorizo slices.
